The Police Department, with headquarters in the Municipal building, provides 24-hour police coverage 365 days of the year and is equipped with a modern 911 telecommunications center. All dispatchers are certified as 911 Telecommunicators and Emergency Medical Dispatch personnel.
Our 21 Police Department personnel are fully trained professionals who are sworn to serve and protect the citizens of our community. The Police Department can be reached by dialing 911 for emergencies and 973-823-7022 for non-emergency calls.
